By registering for and attending the International Brands Summit 2025, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at the event.
- All attendees must register and pay the applicable fees in advance.
- Payment must be completed before access to the Summit is granted.
- If any extra person is accompanying you, additional charges will apply.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
- All attendees must complete on-site event check-in at least 90 minutes before the event start time to avoid delays and ensure a smooth entry.
- Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, national ID) for verification at the check-in counter.
- Failure to comply with check-in timing or present valid ID may result in denied entry without refund
- No cancellation or refund options are available under any circumstances.
- All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Summit without refund.
- By registering, you consent to the collection of your personal data for the purpose of event management, communication, and marketing. Your data will not be shared with third parties outside of event-related purposes.
- The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, format, and location.
- Postpone, cancel, or relocate the event for reasons beyond their control. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified promptly.
- The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by attendees during the event. In the case of a pandemic, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, the organizers will not be liable for any refund.
- The event will be photographed and recorded. By attending this summit, you consent to the use of your image and likeness for promotional purposes. Unauthorized recording or disruption of sessions or materials is prohibited.
- All attendees must comply with the health and safety guidelines provided by event organizers, including any local regulations if applicable.
